The Signature Tour and Tasting invites guests inside Sanpatong Distillery, a working craft distillery in San Pa Tong, Chiang Mai. This is where Thai agricultural ingredients, copper pot stills and careful production come together to create spirits with purity, character and a strong sense of place.
During the experience, our team guides you through the story and process behind Sanpatong. You will see where the spirits are made, learn how raw ingredients are handled, how fermentation and distillation shape flavour, and why every detail matters before a bottle is ready to be shared.
The visit ends with a guided tasting of selected Sanpatong spirits. Each pour is introduced with clear notes on its origin, method and flavour profile, giving guests a deeper understanding of the craft behind the glass.

Set beside the distillery, the VIP Building is a purpose built private event space designed for tastings, meetings, parties, and exclusive gatherings of up to 35 guests. It features its own private bar with seating for up to 10 guests, together with a kitchen, meeting room, bedroom, bathroom, and full staff support.
